Administrative Services

The Administrative Services Department is responsible for managing the City’s human resources, risk management services, records management, public records requests, City communications, accounts payable, accounts receivable, utility billing, parks and recreation, and information technology.

Administrative Services also provides support to City Council, managing Council agendas and meetings, and processing legislation passed by Council.

Update and maintain the Waterford Municipal Code.
Custodian of City records.
