City Clerk’s Office

The City Clerk Department is the primary link between City Council, City Staff, and the public.  The office of the City Clerk is committed to providing maximum access to municipal government in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.

Primary responsibilities of the City Clerk under administrative direction plans, manages, oversees and directs the operations and services of the City Clerks office which includes the preparation of official City Council agendas, documents and minutes; records management; public relations; claims processing; campaign finance and statements of economic interest reporting; municipal elections; municipal code and charter administration; and liaison services for the Mayor and City Council.
