The Parks and Recreation Commission makes recommendation to and advise the City Council in matters pertaining to the creation, operation, maintenance, management and control of community recreation programs, and use of the city’s parks.
The Recreation and Parks Commission’s goal is to maintain safe parks and recreation facilities providing the public with a wide variety of recreational opportunities.
