Design/Build Services – Police Station

The City of Waterford is soliciting Proposals from qualified design/build teams to construct a new Police Station. The selected team shall enter into a contract with the City of Waterford to construct a new 4,300 square foot Police Station and site improvements. The city is proposing this combined RFQ/RFP process in selecting an appropriate design-build collaborative, and will follow the California Public Contracting Code 22160-22169.

Proposals are due no later than 5:00 p.m, and must be received by that time on the due date. Proposal postmark dates and times will not be considered as meeting that deadline. Proposers must submit three (3) bound copies of their proposal to the address shown under “Mailing Instructions” above. The City is not responsible for proposals that are delinquent, lost, mismarked, and sent to an address other than that given above, or sent by mail or courier service. The City reserves the right, after opening the proposals, to reject any or all proposals, or to accept the proposal(s) that in its sole judgment is (are) in the best interest of the City.

S. Reinway Recreational Use Plan

 

The City of Waterford invites qualified urban planning and landscape architecture design professionals with experience working with public agencies to submit a proposal for the development of a Recreational Use Plan for the 16 acre city-owned S. Reinway Avenue Parcel. The consultant selected as a result of this RFP will help the city visualize alternatives and reach consensus on what the final design of this parcel could look like. It is expected that the consultant will also develop cost estimates and a potential phasing strategy for implementation

DEMOLITION OF EXISTING STRUCTURES PROJECT

Bids are required for the entire work described in the proposal documents. The Contractor shall posses a valid Class A license and C-21 Demolition license at the time this contract is awarded. A non-mandatory “Pre-Bid Meeting” will be held on May 3, 2017 at 1:00pm at the project location of 320 E Street, Waterford Ca.

This contract is subject to state contract non-discrimination and compliance requirements pursuant to Government Code Section 12990.

Well 303 Roof Reconstruction

Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes in the form provided with the specifications for that purpose. Envelopes shall be addressed and delivered to the City of Waterford, Attn: City Clerk, Well Roof Project 2017-08, 101 E Street, Waterford, CA 95386, by 4:00 p.m., Thursday, April 21, 2016, at which place and time bids will be publicly opened and read.
Forty-five (45) working days will be allowed for completion of all work under the contract.
No bid will be considered unless it conforms to the Contract. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or minor irregularities in a bid.
