Hours

For Utility payments, the following options are available to you:

• Automatic Payments (Fill out the “Recurring Payment Authorization” form and return it to City Hall. Payments will be automatically deducted from your bank account on the 15th monthly. The form is available on our website at Cityofwaterford.org or at the front counter inside of City Hall.)

• Online Payments (Visit our website at Cityofwaterford.org and click on “Pay your Utility Bill”. You will need your Account Number and Credit Card information.

• Automated Telephone Payments (City of Waterford (209)874-2328 Press Option 1. You will need your Account Number and Credit Card information.

• Dropbox (mail slot on the wall located to the right of City Hall doors.)
