Facility Rentals

The following facilities are available for rent through the City of Waterford Parks and Recreation Department at 101 E Street:

Waterford Community Center – 540 C Street
The Community Center seats 200 people and has a full kitchen available for use. Tables and chairs are provided.

• The application and deposit are due in order to hold a reservation, remaining fees and Certificate of Liability Insurance are due 30-days prior to the date of the event.
• Police or approved Security Officers must be provided by renter pursuant to Community Center Rental Rules and Regulations for events that have alcoholic beverages.
• Renter to provide a copy of Insurance Certificate naming the City of Waterford as additional insured in the amount of $1,000,000.

Beard Park Pavilion – 540 C Street
The Beard Park Pavilion is a covered picnic area with cement picnic tables and a large BBQ. This area can seat approximately 50 people.

River Park Pavilion – 225 N. Appling Rd.
The River Park Pavilion is a covered picnic area with  picnic tables and small BBQ stands. River Park’s pavilion is on a first-come, first-serve basis. No reservations are necessary.
