WELCOME RESIDENTS
Whether you are new to the City of Waterford or you have been a long-time resident, we are pleased that you chose our community for your residence.
For those new to Waterford, welcome! We realize that moving to a new community can cause a sense of upheaval, but we assure you that we want to make this transition pleasant for you, so that you will soon grow to enjoy this community for its small-town charm and hospitality.
We welcome your ideas on how we can make the community a better place for our families. The City Council and other agencies have designated Monday Night’s as Family Night in Waterford. This is a night where the City and others won’t hold meetings to allow for your family time.
As a resident, there are many opportunities to get involved in the community by serving on a City committee or other volunteer activities. There are also opportunities to serve with the school, civic or church organizations. Our community succeeds when everyone works together.
To help make your transition an easy one, we have provided you with important information on a variety of levels. If you should have any questions, please stop by Waterford City Hall at 101 E Street or contact the City at (209) 874-2328.
