NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Contractors are invited to submit written formal bids for:
2024 WASTEWATER PLANT
BIOSOLIDS REMOVAL
Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes on the form provided with the specifications for that purpose. Envelopes shall be addressed to City Hall, City of Waterford, 101 E Street, Waterford California, 95386, and plainly marked:
2024 WASTEWATER PLANT
BIOSOLIDS REMOVAL
And delivered to the City Clerk at City Hall, City of Waterford, 101 E Street, Waterford California, 95386, up to 3:00 P.M., Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at which time subject bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Proposal forms for this work are included in the “Proposal” section of this document (blue pages).
The work to be performed consists, in general, of removal, dewatering and trucking away biosolids from a PSL Pond #3 and #2. At the City’s discretion, PSL Pond #1 may be added as an additive alternative. The Contractor shall dredge and dry the material from the pond, as necessary, in order to be transported and hauled away per State regulations.
Bids are required for the entire work described herein. The Contractor shall posses a Class A license at the time this contract is awarded.
This contract is subject to state contract non-discrimination and compliance requirements pursuant to Government Code Section 12990.
